Cancellation Policy for Tech SaraZ™

This cancellation policy covers all services provided by Tech SaraZ and its owned websites, including web design, development, logo design, SEO, UI/UX design, content writing, graphic design, social media marketing, and any other services advertised on our website.

Important: Once a project has commenced, it cannot be cancelled — either fully or partially — and all payments made are non-refundable. Please review the terms below carefully before engaging our services. Questions may be sent to info@techsaraz.com.

No Cancellation Once a Project Commences

Once a project has commenced, it cannot be cancelled in whole or in part, and no payment is refundable. Because our services are custom and resource-intensive, our team and resources are committed to your project from the moment work begins.

  • • Partial cancellation of a project, package, or scope is not permitted once work has started.
  • • Reducing, pausing, or downgrading an active project does not reduce the agreed fees.
  • • Advance payments, deposits, and milestone payments are non-refundable.
  • • Setup fees, licensing fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable at all times.

A project is considered commenced once Tech SaraZ has begun planning, design, development, onboarding, or any preparatory work, or has allocated team members to the engagement — whichever occurs first.

Requesting Cancellation Before a Project Begins

Cancellation requests are only considered if submitted in writing before a project has commenced. Any preliminary consultation, planning, or setup work already performed is non-refundable.

How to Submit a Request

Required Information

  • • Project/Service ID or invoice number
  • • Reason for cancellation
  • • Date of the request
  • • Contact information for confirmation

General Cancellation Conditions

Non-Cancellable Situations

  • • Any project after work has commenced, in whole or in part
  • • After project milestones have been approved and signed off
  • • When third-party licenses or services have been purchased on the client's behalf
  • • After final deliverables have been provided or accepted
  • • Emergency or rush projects (24-48 hour delivery) once work begins

Client Obligations on an Active Project

  • • The full agreed fee remains payable once a project has commenced
  • • Scope cannot be partially cancelled to reduce the agreed amount
  • • Delays caused by the client do not alter payment obligations
  • • All work products are delivered upon full and final payment

Cancellation Before Commencement

  • • Available only before any work has begun on the project
  • • Must be requested in writing prior to project commencement
  • • Any preliminary consultation or setup work is non-refundable
  • • Amounts already paid toward setup or third-party costs are not returned

Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances

In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, Tech SaraZ may, at its sole discretion, adjust delivery timelines or arrangements. Such circumstances do not create any right to cancellation or refund:

Extraordinary Circumstances Include:

  • • Natural disasters and acts of God
  • • Government regulations and lockdowns
  • • Internet or infrastructure failures
  • • Health emergencies affecting team members

How We Accommodate (at our discretion):

  • • Reasonable extension of delivery timelines
  • • Project postponement options
  • • Alternative service delivery methods
  • • Continued support once conditions allow

We align on scope before starting, communicate clearly throughout, provide revisions within the agreed scope, and work collaboratively to ensure the project meets the standards we set together.
