No Refunds Once a Project Commences

All payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced. Because our services are custom, time-intensive, and resource-driven, work begins as soon as a project is initiated — and the associated effort, planning, and allocation of our team cannot be reversed or recovered.

  • • Advance payments, deposits, and milestone payments are non-refundable.
  • • Fees paid for work already started or completed are non-refundable.
  • • Setup fees, licensing fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable at all times.
  • • Discounts, promotional rates, and bundled packages do not create any refund entitlement.

A project is considered commenced once Tech SaraZ has begun planning, design, development, onboarding, or any preparatory work, or has allocated team members to the engagement — whichever occurs first.

  • • Delays caused by the client do not pause or alter payment obligations
  • • Approval of a milestone confirms acceptance of that stage of work

  • • Rush projects are billed in full upon commencement and remain non-refundable
  • • Custom development work is non-refundable once initiated
