This cancellation policy covers all services provided by Tech SaraZ and its owned websites, including web design, development, logo design, SEO, UI/UX design, content writing, graphic design, social media marketing, and any other services advertised on our website.
Clients may request to cancel any project or service at any time by contacting us at info@techsaraz.com. However, the ability to cancel without being charged depends on the timing of the request:
Cancellations must be made before initial concepts or designs are approved to avoid being charged for work completed. No cancellations can be made after approvals have been provided.
Cancellations must be made before the next month’s services begin in order to not be charged for that upcoming monthly period.
Cancellations must be made before a writer or designer has been assigned to the project to avoid being charged.
In all cases, Tech SaraZ cannot accept cancellations after work has begun on a project or service period according to the terms outlined above. Cancellations may only occur on a go-forward basis – no refunds will be provided for work already completed and delivered based on milestones or time periods outlined in service agreements.
