Refund Policy for Tech SaraZ

This refund policy applies to all services provided by Tech SaraZ and its owned websites, including web design, web development, logo design, search engine optimization (SEO), user interface/user experience (UI/UX) design, content writing, graphic design, social media marketing, and any other services advertised on our website or offered by Tech SaraZ.

At Tech SaraZ, our goal is to exceed expectations by delivering high-quality, innovative services. However, we understand that in rare instances, clients may be dissatisfied with the services provided. This refund policy outlines when and how Tech SaraZ will provide refunds if you wish to request one. 

By using any Tech SaraZ service, you agree to the terms of this refund policy. Tech SaraZ reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to comply with applicable laws and reasonable business practices. Continued use of our services after any changes indicate agreement to the revised policy.

Requesting a Refund

If you are unsatisfied with our services and believe you may qualify for a refund based on the terms below, please contact us promptly at [email address] to request a refund. In your request, provide details regarding:

  • The specific service purchased
  •  The reason you are requesting a refund
  •  Details of your project scope, deliverables, and timeline  
  • Any other relevant details about your project and interactions with our team

Refund requests are more likely to be approved and processed smoothly when submitted promptly, within 7 days of the delivery or billing date. Requests received after significant project progress may not result in a refund except where required by law.

Refund Processing

For approved refunds, we will provide the refund via the same payment method used to purchase the original service, within 30 days for full refunds and 14 days for partial refunds, unless a shorter timeframe is required by law.

Refund Eligibility by Service

Eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased: Web Design and Development

  • Full refund if cancelled before beginning work and no initial concepts provided.  
  • Partial refund if failure to deliver completed site after initial approval, proportional to work completed.
  • No refund if delivered based on the agreed scope, requirements, and timeline.

Logo Design
  • Full refund if cancelled before beginning work and no initial concepts provided.
  • Partial refund if failure to deliver final files after initial approval, proportional to work done. 
  •  No refund after delivery of final logo files as outlined in the project agreement.

SEO Services  
  • Full refund if cancelled before any work has begun.
  • Partial, pro-rated refund for any unused portion of a pre-paid SEO service period if cancelled after initiating services. 

UI/UX Design
  • Full refund if cancelled before beginning work and providing initial wireframes or concepts. 
  • Partial refund if failure to deliver final files after initial concepts/wireframes have been approved, proportional to work completed.
  • No refund after delivery of final UI/UX files as outlined in project agreement.

Content Writing 
  • Full refund if cancelled before writer assigned and work begins.  
  • Partial refund for unfinished articles if cancelled after starting. No refund for finished content delivered within the scope of the agreement.

Graphic Design
  • Full refund if cancelled before designer assigned and begins work. 
  • Partial refund if failure to deliver final graphics after initial concepts are approved, proportional to work not completed. 
  • No refund after delivery of final graphic files as outlined in the project agreement.
Social Media Marketing
  • Full refund if service cancelled before any work has begun.  
  • Partial, pro-rated refund for any unused portion of a pre-paid service period if cancelled after initiating services.

Limitations

Tech SaraZ’s liability is limited to the amount of the service fees paid. Refunds will not be provided for losses or damages resulting from delays, insufficient communication, or factors reasonably outside of our control.

Eligibility depends on the full payment of invoices. Refunds may be denied if the client fails to provide details, feedback, or access required to complete projects timely. Approval of milestones showing acceptance of work performed can nullify refund eligibility.
